We are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Organo Et School (OES) and 2getherments Infra Pvt Ltd  as part of OES’s initiative Organo@Communities  a drive to help progressive residential communities in Hyderabad to become more earth-focused communities.

The MoU was signed on 29 February 2022. Signing the MoU on behalf of 2getherments Infra Pvt Ltd was the Managing Director of 2g, Mr. Harinath Tipparaju, and OES was represented by Director of OES, Ms. Meena Murugappan.

What is Placemaking?

Inspired by the works of Fred Kent as well as vibrant traditional Indian village/community spaces, Ms. Meena Murugappan believes that “Placemaking is an intent and act of mindful curation of activities to encourage social bonding among local residents. It is bringing together activity, people, programs and celebration. It is about weaving those into the fabric of the space/building and ensuring the vibrancy of the spaces through mindset changes and habit building of the families.”

Mr. Harinath Tipparaju believes in creating new typologies of vertical living, especially catering to Indian families, and homes that apt for their needs and aspirations. With this intent at the core of his projects, Mr. Tipparaju has created vertical streets with inter-linking social spaces that encourage families to come out of their homes, share their stories and experiences, and grow close together.

OES & 2G Journey together

We want to share with you the enthusiasm of our teams for the idea of working with the 2g teams. 2getherments, an innovative urban community developer, dreams of an urban India that prioritizes people’s interests and well-being. 2g communities are built keeping sustainability in mind, so the 2g families can live a healthy, and happy life in a happy Earth ‘2gether’.

2g’s flagship project, KSR’s Togetherments, located in Miyapur, Hyderabad, is a 14-storeyed 2getherment building that houses the largest vertical street across 14 floors. The company intends for this “vertical street as social core for everyday activities that encourage inter-familial and inter-generational interactions for all the resident families of the community”. Location of this project

We are certain that this engagement will strengthen OES’s purpose to mainstream sustainability while creating thriving social places in communities.
