On August 10, 2023, Organo Et School had the privilege of visiting Areteans. It coincided with their pre-Independence Day celebration. The atmosphere was festive, with every employee adorned in traditional attire, and the office adorned with captivating decorations. Our team was warmly received, and a shared platform was established to engage in a discussion about sustainability. The gathering saw the participation of approximately 100 Areteans employees, all eager to be a part of the session.

Mrs. Meena Murugappan, the Director of Organo Et School, commenced the session by shedding light on the global population growth spanning the last five decades. She highlighted how we often unintentionally exploit the Earth's limited resources. Her address underscored the importance of individual responsibility and the potential improvements achievable through simple adjustments to our daily routines. She proposed that by embracing sustainable practices, future generations could lead fully sustainable lives by the fourth generation.

Numerous participants openly shared their thoughts and practices aimed at reducing their carbon footprint. Mrs.Meena also discussed the alarming presence of landfills in Hyderabad, detailing their vast sizes and the extensive acreage they occupy. Climate change issues were also addressed, accompanied by actionable steps that each individual could take to mitigate its effects.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Gaurav Mathur, Kannu Priya Taneja, Bhuvaneshwari Cheruvu, and Geeta Buddana for affording us the opportunity to engage with the Areteans staff. Their invaluable insights into sustainability enriched the conversation. We eagerly anticipate the prospect of fostering a deeper connection with Areteans in the times ahead.

Organo Et School is enthusiastic about collaborating with corporate entities in Hyderabad to foster a culture of sustainability among their employees. We firmly believe that empowering individuals with eco-conscious mindsets, behaviors, and habits is pivotal in addressing climate change.
