On December 10th, after weeks of learning about growing leafy greens with natural farming techniques, kindergarteners received their harvest, along with certificates to celebrate their hard work and dedication. It has been a wonderful journey for both the children and us.

Upon their arrival, Mrs. Sreedevi Ande instructed all the children to sit in a circle and asked questions about what they had learned through this program. They answered her questions with great enthusiasm.

Later, accompanied by their parents, they went to the demo patch, where Mrs. Sreedevi demonstrated how to harvest palak and coriander.

After witnessing the demonstration, they all went to their patches and harvested a plentiful amount of palak and coriander. Once everyone finished harvesting, they enjoyed fruits such as oranges, bananas, and grapes. Subsequently, they embarked on a farm tour, visiting the banana plantation, where Mrs. Sreedevi explained the uses of banana plants and shared several facts about them.

After the farm tour, they returned to a shaded area and received certificates from their teachers, Mrs. Sreedevi Ande. They all felt proud and happy.

We believe that all the children enjoyed the graduation and harvesting day, experiencing the joy of learning about farming over the past six weeks. It brought us immense happiness to see these young learners engage in meaningful and joyful experiences.
