Redesigning the Curriculum through Design Thinking

We have a talented young student, Naren Suresh, who is interning with us during the summer holidays and is looking at re-designing our Be A Farmer program for Teens. Outcome of this exercise is to have the Be A Farmer program that is designed by Teens for Teens.

Typically, in this experiential learning program, participants (aged 9-12) learn how to grow vegetables from beginning to end with emphasis on natural methods to grow crops, such as using Jeevamrutham instead of chemical fertilizers.

Here is a video if you want to know more about the program: https://youtu.be/4QRSqfm3Yp4

We want to design this program for teenagers as well.
