We at Organo Et School had an opportunity to interact with students of Sreenidhi International school on World Earth Day, 22 March 24. As part of the World Earth Day celebrations, Sreenidhi International School invited Organo Et School to have an online interaction and awareness program for their students. More than 50 students from PYP 5 and teachers participated in the program.
The program began with introducing the students about the history, significance and the theme of the World Earth Day. This was followed by a brief presentation about the various environmental issues, population growth, what is individual responsibilities towards climate change etc. The session ended with a question-and-answer session.
The students and teachers shared an activity sheet on World Earth Day. This activity sheet will help students to monitor their responsibility towards environment.
